Certified professionals are required to submit 20 CEUs every two years, regardless of how many certifications they hold.
CEUs are submitted on a two-year cycle that begins on Jan. 1 of the first year after you pass the certification exam. For example, if you become certified in August 2023, your first two-year CEU cycle would begin Jan. 1, 2024, and end Dec. 31, 2025.

Candidates who have already submitted all 20 CEUs for their current two-year CEU cycle may carry over CEUs earned in November and December of the cycle’s second year to their new CEU cycle.
EXAMPLE If you have a two-year CEU cycle from 2022-2023 and have already submitted all 20 CEUs, you may use the CEUs earned at the 2023 Irrigation Show and Education Week event in San Antonio from Nov. 27-Dec. 1 for your 2024-2025 CEU cycle. NOTE: Entries for the CEUs earned at the 2023 Irrigation Show and Education Week can only be entered beginning in January 2024. Please do not attempt to add 2024 CEUs in November/December 2023.
