Registration prices increase on-site. Lock in your spot in advance to save.

Registration is your first step on your way to San Antonio! All exhibit floor attendees, as well as those participating in an IA University course, are required to register for the Irrigation Show. IA University participants will have the opportunity to add courses during the show registration process. Additional details about registering for an IA University course are included below.

Show registration includes full access to the exhibit floor, the General Session and breakfast, social/networking activities (excluding invitation-only events), and all Industry Insights sessions. IA University courses, CAD learning labs and certification exams are NOT included in the show registration fee.

‡Applicable documentation of status required. Government and higher learning institution registrants must have an email address ending in .gov or .edu. Students must have an email ending in .edu and upload their student ID. Growers must email Stephanie Clark to request a free registration. Confirmation of farm name and location will be required before a grower registration can be processed.

Education Options

IA University

IA University classes are being offered Monday, Nov. 27-Wednesday, Nov 29. To register for an IA University course, first select your show registration according to the registration types listed in the table above. Then, you will have the opportunity to register for IA University courses by adding them to your show registration and paying the additional class fees required to attend. See IA University for pricing information or download 2023 Registration Fees. Purchase two classes (excluding the math tutorial) and receive a 100% discount on Irrigation Show registration fees. Registration fees increase on Oct. 17.

CAD Landscape Learning Labs

CAD landscape learning labs will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 28. To register for a CAD learning lab, first select your show registration according to the registration types listed in the table above. Then, you will have the opportunity to register for a CAD learning lab by adding it to your show registration and paying the additional class fees required to attend. Certification Exams

IA certification exams will be held daily Tuesday, Nov. 28-Friday, Dec. 1. Exams require separate advance registration by Nov. 6 and a separate fee. Individuals who are only taking a certification exam and are not participating in any other portion of the Irrigation Show are not required to complete a show registration. However, Irrigation Show registration is required to access show activities. More information on the exam schedule, exam pricing and program requirements is available here.

Policies

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation and refund requests must be received by Sept. 29, 2023, for a full refund. Cancellations received between Sept. 30 and Oct. 27, 2023, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations after Oct. 27, 2023, or for no-shows. Cancellations and refund requests must be directed to our official show registration partner, MCI Events (972.349.5434).
Certification exam registration is separate from Irrigation Show and Education Week registration. There are no refunds for certification exams.
Substitution Policy
Replacement of an attendee registration and/or class by an attendee at the same company will be accepted if directed to our official show registration partner, MCI Events (972.349.5434) by Nov. 13, 2023. After Nov. 13, no substitutions will be allowed. All substitution requests will be treated as full cancellations with no refund of the original registration. The new registrant must register as a new attendee.
Privacy Policy
By registering for the Irrigation Show and Education Week, you agree to receive material via email or mail from the Irrigation Association, exhibitors, show sponsors and IA partners. Attendees recognize that their photograph and/or likeness may be used for promotional purposes and grant the Irrigation Association the right to use their image in promotional materials for the Irrigation Show and other Irrigation Association programs and events. European citizens and residents please email MCI Events with any concerns.
