International Travelers

The Irrigation Association is happy to issue letters of invitation to international attendees and exhibitors applying for a U.S. visa.

Registration will open July 12. You must register to attend the Irrigation Show before you request your invitation letter.

The IA invitation letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa. If your visa application is denied, contact us for a full refund of your registration fee.

Plan ahead and apply early to allow enough time for application approval:

  • Complete this invitation letter request form.  (Confirmation of Irrigation Show registration is required upon submission of request.)
  • Apply for a visa through the U.S. Department of State.
