Denise Mullikin | President, Landscape Irrigation and Lighting, Hunter Industries
Denise Mullikin has been involved in the irrigation industry for most of her life. At age 16, she began working in distribution, followed by a specification and sales role for an Australia-based irrigation company. In 1997, she joined Hunter Industries where she has held numerous roles in sales over the past 25 years, including national account management. In her current role as the president of landscape irrigation and lighting, she is responsible for establishing the strategic direction for the company’s residential, commercial and golf irrigation, and lighting division. She also works closely with sales, marketing and engineering to develop and deliver products and experiences that benefit Hunter’s customers.

Inge Bisconer, CID, CLIA | Sales & Marketing Consultant
Inge Bisconer, CID, CLIA, is a sales and marketing consultant. She became a managing member of Surf ’N Earth after retiring from Toro Ag where she worked in ag irrigation sales, marketing and technical roles. She is passionate about helping farmers become better irrigators. Her current focus areas are advocacy, education, project management and content creation. Bisconer earned a bachelor’s in agriculture from the University of California, Davis and an MBA in technology management from the University of Phoenix. She has taught soil science and landscape irrigation at MiraCosta College. In 2016, she was honored with the IA’s Industry Achievement Award and currently serves as the IA president-elect.

Natasha Rankin, MBA, CAE | Chief Executive Officer, Irrigation Association
Natasha Rankin, MBA, CAE, is the chief executive officer of the Irrigation Association. She joined the IA in January 2022, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience, including nine years in chief executive roles and extensive work with associations. Growing up in the agriculturally fertile area of the Willamette Valley in Oregon, Rankin saw firsthand the importance of smart water management. She feels honored to work for an industry so essential to our society. In her time with the IA, Rankin has seen the passion among its members and looks forward to working with them to elevate the industry and increase the level of education, technology and professional services in the marketplace.
