Registration for the 2025 Irrigation Show and Education Week opens on July 15, 2025. The Irrigation Association is happy to issue letters of invitation to international attendees and exhibitors applying for a U.S. visa.

The IA invitation letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa. If your visa application is denied, contact us for a full refund of your registration fee.

Plan ahead and apply early to allow enough time for application approval:

• Apply for a visa through the U.S. Department of State.
