Stay protected: Avoid non-IA partners

The IA has been made aware that exhibitors have received emails or calls from vendors that pretend to be official partners for the 2025 Irrigation Show and/or offer services to Irrigation Show exhibitors. The IA’s general services contractor is Shepard, and we recommend using Shepard for all of your exhibitor needs. The Exhibitor Services Kit provided by Shepard can be found in the Exhibitor Resource Center. Other vendors may offer attractive pricing and services; however, the IA cannot verify the validity, credibility and reliability of these companies and their offers and services. Working with these companies is done at your own risk. To avoid any issues, we recommend that you continue to work through the IA’s official partners: Shepard (exhibitor services) and Connections Housing (housing).
