CGIA Audit Requirements

Certified golf irrigation auditor candidates must submit an independent field audit for evaluation. The audit must cover one fairway (minimum of 60 audited yards and four sprinkler heads) and one green.

 

Audits must be:

  • Submitted within one year of acceptance to the certification program.
  • Completed independently with no assistance.
  • Conducted using IA-approved procedures and forms.
  • Verified by an IA-certified professional in good standing.
