The 2024 contest entries will be evaluated by three judges per category in advance of the Irrigation Show. Contestants will not participate in product presentations and instead will be judged by their application.

Choosing the Winners

The judges will evaluate each product/service based on the following:

  • innovative and/or “changed-for-the-better” qualities
  • increased or improved irrigation, water or energy efficiency
  • product reliability and durability
  • ease of use
  • cost benefits and time savings
  • design quality
  • impact on the industry
  • product sustainability

Winners will be announced during the General Session on Thursday, Nov. 7. All contestants should have a company representative attend to pick up the award, have photos taken and participate in the winner Q&A session in the Innovation Hub.

     •  Applications open – July 9
     •  Application deadline – Aug. 16
     •  Product judging – Sept. 16-Oct. 4
     •  Product setup at the show – Nov. 5
     •  Announcement of winners – Nov. 7
     •  $1,200 – first product
     •  $750 – each additional product
A separate agreement form must be submitted per entry.
Payment is required at the time of application submission for each entry.
