Know the basics
- Travel: There are three airports that service the Long Beach area: Los Angeles International Airport, Long Beach Airport and John Wayne (Orange County) Airport. Get more information on air and ground transportation here.
- Packing: Be sure to bring comfortable shoes for walking throughout the event space and weather-appropriate clothing for Long Beach in November. Prepare for daytime highs of 73 degrees Fahrenheit and lows of 52.
- Badge Pick Up: You'll need your preregistration access barcode to pick up your badge at the registration kiosks. Be sure to have your confirmation email handy when you arrive in Long Beach (resent to all registrants on Friday, Nov. 1).

Plan ahead for Election Day
The 2024 Irrigation Show will be held during the week of the U.S. elections, taking place Nov. 5, 2024. We encourage you to participate by requesting an absentee ballot in advance of the show (usvotefoundation.org). Check online to find specific deadlines and details for your state.
