IA to livestream Bringing Water to Life podcast during the 2017 Irrigation Show & Education Conference
FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA (Oct. 26, 2017) — For the first time ever, the Irrigation Association will livestream its popular Bringing Water to Life podcast on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern. The podcast, which will be recorded before a live audience on the exposition hall floor of the Irrigation Show, will be available live via Spreaker by visiting www.spreaker.com/user/bwtlpodcast.
“We are excited to broadcast live from the largest (and best) irrigation show in North America,” said IA Government and Public Affairs Director John Farner, who also hosts the podcast. “Bringing Water to Life is all about telling a story about water through the eyes of irrigation in an entertaining style. There is no better way to do that than in front of a live audience at the Irrigation Show.”
Having just celebrated its one-year anniversary, the Bringing Water to Life podcast currently has more than 40 shows recorded, focusing on a wide range of topics, such as agricultural water use, landscape water use, water policies, energy and others.
“Bringing Water to Life is a cornerstone of our public affairs efforts of the Irrigation Association,” continued Farner. “We look forward to joining those in Orlando for the Irrigation Show in promoting the benefits of all our industry has to offer.”
The podcast is currently available for download via iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play and Spreaker.
