The Toro Company & Ewing Irrigation & Landscape Supply recognized as co-lead sponsors of the 2018 Irrigation E3 program

FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA (Nov. 28, 2017) — The Irrigation Foundation is pleased to announce that, once again, both Ewing Irrigation and Landscape Supply and The Toro Company will be co-lead sponsors for the 2018 Irrigation E3 program.

In support of the Irrigation Foundation’s 2018 Irrigation E3 program, The Toro Company presented the Foundation with a $20,000 check at the 2017 Irrigation Show and Education Conference in Orlando, Florida. Ewing Irrigation and Landscape Supply has also pledged $20,000 for the 2018 Irrigation E3 program. Through these sponsorships, Irrigation E3 learners and leaders will receive an education and travel award for the 2018 Irrigation Show and Education Conference. They are selected annually based on an online application process.

Founded in 2012, the E3 program provides students and faculty with exposure, experience and education in the irrigation industry by attending classes, networking with industry professionals, learning about the latest irrigation technology and walking the trade show floor.

The Toro Company has been a huge part of the program’s success. Their sustaining sponsorship since the inception of the program is a key reason for the increase in winners year after year. With Ewing’s pledge and support for a second year, the program will continue to strengthen. When the program began in 2012, there were six winners. This past November, there were two leaders and 28 learners experiencing all that the irrigation industry has to offer during the 2017 Irrigation Show.

Hunter Industries and the Carolina’s Irrigation Association will also be sponsoring the 2018 Irrigation E3 program as supporting sponsors.
