Cancellation policy
Written cancellation and refund requests must be received by Oct. 23, 2026, for a full refund. Cancellations received between Oct. 24 and Nov. 20, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations after Nov. 20, 2026 or for no-shows. Cancellations and refund requests must be emailed to MCI Events (972.349.5434).
Certification exam registration is separate from Irrigation Show and Education Week registration. There are no refunds for certification exams.

Substitution policy
Replacement of an attendee registration and/or class by an attendee at the same company will be accepted if directed to our official show registration partner, MCI Events (972.349.5434) by Nov. 20, 2026. After Nov. 20, no substitutions will be allowed. All substitution requests will be treated as full cancellations with no refund of the original registration. The new registrant must register as a new attendee.
IA Univiersity class changes within a subtitution will be based on availability.

Privacy policy
By registering for the Irrigation Show and Education Week, you agree to receive material via email or mail from the Irrigation Association, exhibitors, show sponsors and IA partners. Attendees recognize that their photograph and/or likeness may be used for promotional purposes and grant the Irrigation Association the right to use their image in promotional materials for the Irrigation Show and other Irrigation Association programs and events. European citizens and residents please email MCI Events with any concerns.
