Know the basics
- Travel: If traveling by plane, you’ll land in New Orleans at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Get more information on air and ground transportation here.
- Packing: Be sure to bring comfortable shoes for walking throughout the event space and weather-appropriate clothing for New Orleans in December. Prepare for daytime highs of 65 degrees Fahrenheit and lows of 48.
- Badge Pick Up: You'll need your preregistration access barcode to pick up your badge at the registration kiosks (see hours here). Be sure to have your confirmation email handy when you arrive in New Orleans (resent to all registrants on Monday, Dec. 1).
Dive into the mobile app
The 2025 Irrigation Show mobile app is your go-to resource for planning your week in New Orleans. Download this resource in the Apple App or Google Play stores to create an account and to start marking your favorite exhibitors, products, sessions and more!
Note: The Irrigation Show mobile app is not connected to show registration, and all users will need to create a separate account to use it. If you previously created a My Show Planner account on the Event Dashboard, your account activity has been saved and transferred to the 2025 mobile app.
