Industry Insights for Agriculture will be presented as a weekly webinar series Oct. 2020-March 2021. The Irrigation Association invites all persons interested in sharing an innovative irrigation subject, research project, best practice or hot topic with an agriculture focus to submit a proposal to be considered for an Industry Insights for Agriculture webinar. The deadline for submission is Aug. 17, 2020.

• new technology solutions
• unmanned aerial vehicles
• cloud-based technologies
• innovations in drip irrigation management
• innovations in center pivot irrigation management
• implementation of precision agricultural practices

• improving farmer-dealer relationships
• productivity improvements through water use management and/or technologies
• achieving conservation through efficiency

Webinar Requirements

• Speaker must participate in practice presentation session with IA staff.
• Speaker must have PC/Mac, with video capability.
• Speaker must have reliable Wi-Fi during scheduled webinar time.
• Speaker is expected to provide enough content for a 50-minute webinar, leaving 10 minutes for any questions from viewers.
• Webinar must be nonproprietary and educational in nature, not sales or product-specific.
