Fees

Booth space at the Irrigation Show is sold in 10' × 10' increments.

Early Bird Fees

Before Jan. 31, 2020*

  • IA member – $2,100 per 10' × 10'
  • Nonmember – $4,900 per 10' × 10'
  • Premium corner fee – Add $100 per corner

Regular Fees

After Feb. 1, 2020

  • IA member – $2,200 per 10' × 10'
  • Nonmember – $5,100 per 10' × 10'
  • Premium corner fee – Add $100 per corner

*The early bird deadline is Jan. 31, 2020. Submit your contract by Jan. 31, 2020, and save $100 as a member or $200 as a nonmember. Contract must be accompanied with a 50% deposit. Payment in full is due by June 30, 2020.

Discounts

Multiple Booths — Receive an additional discount when you purchase more than one 10' × 10' booth:

  • 2% discount when you purchase two to five booth spaces
  • 4% discount when you purchase six or more booth spaces

Platinum Members — Platinum members of the Irrigation Association receive a 5% discount off their total booth payment.

What do fees include?

Each 10' × 10' booth space includes 8' back drape, 3' side drape, company identification sign, aisle carpeting and exhibit hall security.

Exhibitors are responsible for the following services, which are not included in the booth space fee:

  • booth furnishings
  • carpet/flooring (required by Irrigation Show management)
  • inbound and outbound shipping and freight handling costs
  • electrical, internet and water services
  • audiovisual equipment
  • booth installation and dismantling
  • booth cleaning
  • individual booth security
