Earn Continuing Education Units

 

Certified landscape irrigation auditors who earned their CLIA prior to June 1, 2011 have an opportunity to earn four (4) CEUs by completing a landscape irrigation audit.

 

In December, 2010 the irrigation auditing procedures changed significantly. As a CLIA certified professional who earned their designation prior to June 1, 2011, you have the opportunity to demonstrate you are up-to-date in the new procedures by completing an audit using the new auditing forms while at the same time earn four continuing education units.

 

In order to be eligible to submit a landscape irrigation audit for continuing education units the certified professional must be a current CLIA in good standing who earned their CLIA certification prior to June 1, 2011 and complete the following:

  • Apply to determine eligibility to submit audit. You must be pre-approved by the IA prior to submitting audit.
  • Successfully complete field audit on CEU audit specific forms. You must submit original audit and payment to the IA for grading.
  • You must pass with a minimum score of 70% in order to earn the CEUs.

You may only submit one audit for CEUs.
