Excellence in Education Award

The Irrigation Foundation Excellence in Education Award recognizes a person that is actively teaching irrigation, water management and/or water conservation in affiliation with a two- or four-year institution. This person helps supply the irrigation industry with educated professionals that provide efficient irrigation solutions that protect water and the environment.

If you know an academic that's helping improve the recognition and quality of irrigation curriculum, complete an electronic nomination application and submit to Foundation Manager Noreen Rich (noreenrich@irrigation.org; 703.562.7083) by April 15, 2012. The recipient will be recognized during the Irrigation Show, receive an all-expense-paid trip to Irrigation Faculty Academy (June) or the Irrigation Show (November), and receive a $300 gift certificate to the IA bookstore.
