Excellence in Education Award
Nominations for 2018 are closed. We will begin accepting nominations for 2019 this fall.
The Irrigation Foundation Excellence in Education Award recognizes a person who is actively teaching or has formerly taught irrigation, water management and/or water conservation in affiliation with a two- or four-year institution. This person helps supply the irrigation industry with educated professionals who provide efficient irrigation solutions that protect water and the environment. The recipient will receive education classes at the Irrigation Show and Education Conference held each year and a travel award to cover expenses.
If you know an academic that is helping improve the recognition and quality of irrigation curriculum, download the electronic nomination application and submit it to the Foundation. Nominations are retained for a three-year period, and the recipient will be recognized during the Irrigation Show and Education Conference.
