PLANET Student Career Days

Student Career Days is a three-day, competitive event for students enrolled in horticulture and landscape programs at colleges and universities across the country. Sponsored by PLANET, the Professional Landcare Network, the annual conference and career fair draws close to 1,000 students.

Highlights of the event include:

• Educational workshops.
• Individual and team competitions.
• Opportunities to network with potential employers.

The Irrigation Foundation will again co-sponsor competitions in irrigation design, assembly and troubleshooting. Winners will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2013 Irrigation Show and Education Conference. The Foundation will exhibit at the 2013 Student Career Days to promote careers in irrigation and instructor resources available from the Foundation .
