2017 New Product Contest

Applications are now being accepted for the 2017 New Product Contest. The deadline for submission has been extended and is now Monday, Aug. 14, 2017.

Seeing new products, technologies and services is a top priority for the majority of attendees at the Irrigation Show. Open only to exhibitors, the new product contest is a unique opportunity to:

  • Reach thousands of attendees on the show floor.
  • Highlight new products and services.
  • Enhance your company’s reputation for innovation.

Applications will be accepted in six categories: agriculture irrigation, golf irrigation, landscape irrigation, lighting, rainwater catchment and specialty. Products submitted for acceptance in the agriculture irrigation, golf irrigation and landscape irrigation categories must be an integral part of an irrigation system in order to deliver, disperse or manage water for irrigation. Products submitted for acceptance in the lighting, rainwater catchment and specialty categories are ancillary products that are not used in an irrigation system.

Products will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on innovation, design quality, increased water/resource use efficiency, ease of use and product life expectancy. Attendees are welcome to listen to the product creator present to the expert judges during the new product contest presentations on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 8:00 a.m. First place winners will be announced Thursday, Nov. 9, during the IA general session.

One winner in each category will receive:

  • An award suitable for display.
  • Free publicity to industry media.
  • Customized new product contest logo artwork for company marketing.
  • Recognition on the Irrigation Show website.

Make sure your company’s innovative products and services get the recognition they deserve.

The deadline to submit a product for consideration is Monday, Aug. 14, 2017. Please contact our IA exhibit services manager for more information about the new product contest.
